Mater Maria Catholic College is proud to announce its exceptional HSC results for 2024. This year, 20% of eligible students achieved an ATAR above 90, with Pacha Saidi becoming the dux of the school with an impressive ATAR of 99.6. Pacha also scored 100% in Beginners French and excelled in Advanced English. Mackenzie Wolfe topped the State in Studies of Religion I, and Taylah Peston joined Pacha on the all-rounders list.

North Sydney is set to open the doors to a new independent school in time for the 2025 academic year.
The brand new Reddam House North Shore will be the sister school to the existing Reddam House Sydney. Located in the historic Harry Seidler-designed Simsmetal House in North Sydney, it will accommodate up to 1350 co-educational students from Kindergarten to Year 12.
Going from strength to strength, Year 12 sportsman Matt competed in the U18 State Basketball Championships in the rep side Brisbane Capitals.
The team were crowned back-to-back champions, winning the State Championships for the second time in a row. Matt had a 45-point game in the semi finals which advanced the team into the Gold Medal match, and he was selected in the U18 Queensland Basketball team which will compete in the National Championships in April. What amazing achievements Matt!
Eight student athletes and one alumna of Matthew Flinders Anglican College have qualified to compete in the Life Saving World Championships on the Gold Coast, involving clubs from 50 countries across the globe, from 20 August to 8 September. The students are all part of the College's Flinders Elite Athlete Program, which this year supports 45 talented student athletes across more than 20 sports.

St James’ Anglican School has kicked off its second year of the ‘Cub Sandwiches’ program, with a record-breaking 930 sandwiches made for primary schools in the local community. Students, parents, staff and parishioners came together for the session, which marked the largest quantity of sandwiches prepared for this service initiative.
