Dean of Senior School

The Dean of Senior School is focused on leadership and management of all teaching and administrative practices related to the Senior School. There is a specific focus on the use of data to inform the strategic direction of senior schooling and ensure the consistent delivery of authentic outcomes to senior students. This role has direct responsibility for overseeing efficient curriculum processes whilst also supporting the implementation of evidence-based pedagogical practices at the College.

Program Leader - Skills & Training

The position will establish and oversee programs that enhance the employability skills and future tertiary pathways of all students at the College. This includes overseeing the College Industry Placement and Work Experience programs. This position will facilitate collaboration with parents, business and industry, external RTO’s, post-secondary institutions and community organisations to support student transition to post-secondary education and employment.
