A well-rounded education: Huntingtower provides more than academic
rigour. Dedicated and professional staff ensure that each child is given the
encouragement and guidance necessary to develop sound values, beliefs
and attitudes. As a consequence, Huntingtower’s students are identified
by their thoughtful and caring approach to one another, their teachers and
their school. In all areas, including academic pursuits, sporting endeavour,
public speaking and debating, dramatic productions and a classical music
program that is the envy of many schools, Huntingtower students are
encouraged to strive to do their best.
Small is beautiful: With 773 students from Prep to Year 12, Huntingtower
students are able to be celebrated as individuals with unique gifts, talents
and needs. Each student is known, nurtured and loved. The average class
size at the VCE level is around 14, which ensures individual attention
at this most important time. There is a strong focus on the spiritual nature
of each individual. Huntingtower’s Christian environment encourages
respect of all faiths and an understanding of every individual’s unlimited
nature as a child of God, divine Love and divine Mind.
